Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant higher education experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Special Conditions

Initial screening will begin February 26, 2018.
The department is especially interested in candidates with a Master’s degree and expert knowledge of Banner SIS, OnBase document imaging system, and other customer relations management systems is expected. Experience with system implementation is advantageous.

Work Schedule

May require work/travel beyond normal work hours, or an alternative work schedule during peak periods.

The environment of the Admissions and Orientation office is diverse, energetic, collaborative, communicable, and exciting; most of the time. At times it will be intense, laborious, and tiresome. Applicants should be flexible and prepared present excellent interpersonal skills daily.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serves as a member of the Admissions and Orientation senior leadership team. Collaborate with the Director and Associate Director on strategy related to achieving enrollment goals. Serves in the capacity of the Associate Director when needed. Attends campus-wide meetings. Represents the University’s Admissions Office at state-wide, regional and national professional meetings and conferences.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of data system management including, but not limited to, operation of student information system, document imaging system, and customer relations system. Also consists of coordinating testing efforts that occur due to upgrades or enhancements of existing systems, data integrity, data security, and system error checks. Responsible for leadership and coordination of system implementation and integration when needed.
These responsibilities will comprise the majority of this position.

Oversees the day-to-day operation of undergraduate application processing including, but not limited to recording the receipt of documentation, accurate data entry, organization and troubleshooting in preparing applicant files for a timely admission decision.
