While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. Coordinates building inspection program; makes recommendations and identifies problematic areas.

Investigates and resolves construction project problems.

Performs construction site inspections to monitor status of projects, ensure safe practices, and ensure that proper materials are in use and in compliance with codes and contract documents.
