Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Experience in a position requiring analytical, planning, and organizational skills, to include developing and implementing strategic plans, project management, and creating and administering budgets

Experience in a position requiring the effective use of written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated record of building effective relationships in diverse settings, with the ability to influence.

Strong marketing and/or public relations experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.

Requests funds to be allocated and disbursed by the Industrial Development Board (EDGE) in accordance with the plan and eligible uses; Manages IDB TIF district funds used to support and pay for public infrastructure.
