Ability to coordinate administrative and or operational functions with the unit Division under the supervisor of the management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Pre-award Support and Compliance
Support OSP with the preparation and review of application materials for external funding when necessary to meet sponsor deadlines.
Ability to read and disseminate information contained in a grant announcement.
Ability to review and execute contracts and agreements.
Ensures applications for external funding are in compliance with all applicable regulations and funding requirements.
Experience with the use of electronic databases, submission systems, and commonly used software.
Assists in the management and coordination of non-financial, post award administration such as NCE, Carry-forward, closeout, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management :
Coordinates and supervises the daily operation of assigned projects related to research, reporting and compliance activities.
Serves as a secondary (back-up) support to update and maintain websites by editing, posting, and removing content. Gathers user feedback for website improvements and enhancements.
Assists with the coordination of strategic planning and development within the Division.
Assists with the coordination of data quality assurance, understand databases and University systems utilized within Division (such as Cayuse and BANNER), ability to compile data, generate and format reports.

Capable of working under direct supervision to ensure timely completion of projects, make accommodations for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities.
Contributes to creative problem solving skills and assist in the management a high volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
Maintains accurate and complete files and records across the Division.
